Topicort Medication - Uses & Side Effects

Topicort is a synthetic steroid medication in cream, gel, or ointment form that is used to treats inflammation and itching that may be caused by a variety of skin conditions.

Topicort Dosage

  • For adults, you should apply a thin film of Topicort cream, gel, or ointment to the affected area 2 times a day. Rub in gently.
  • For children, you should use at least amount of Topicort necessary to relieve symptoms.

Uses of Topicort

  • It is used to treat inflammation and itching that may be caused by skin conditions.

Side Effects of Topicort

Before taken Topicort medicine, you should discuss the side effects with your doctor. If any develop or change in intensity, then you should inform your doctor as soon as possible. Because only your doctor can determine if it is safe for you to continue taking Topicort. Side effects may include:
